The Curiosity Club is a recently launched startup founded by Life Coach Catri Barrett. Our mission is to create positive change through engaging media and personal development - creating a safe space for the kind of education we didn’t get taught in school. Through the Curiosity Curriculum - educational and inspirational content, courses, events and podcast. The Curiosity Club prioritises the awkward conversations needed to break taboos around topics such as mental health, identity, money and sex; aiming to share the stories that need to be told.



We’re looking for a multi-faceted creative individual to join our small team. Someone who is happy getting stuck in with a range of roles and willing to bring in their own ideas to the table too. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join us at the early stages of a startup, and to grow with us on our journey; with the role having the potential to become full time.

PLEASE NOTE: A minimum of 10 hours spread throughout the week with the possibility of growing into full-time role overtime for the right candidate.



  • Social Media: Responsible for creating social media posts, scheduling and engaging with audience
  • Managing social media ads
  • Website: Update website copy and ensure all SEO and links are working correctly
  • Brand Management and creative strategy: Recommend and pitch new ideas for strengthening our brand, marketing and content strategy
  • Design: Helping design material for events, infographics and social media posts Creating imagery to accompany our editorial content
  • Writing: Writing podcast notes, copy for social media, our website and marketing material including press releases


  • We’re looking for a highly creative multi-faceted individual with a talent that can be demonstrated in many creative disciplines

  • Someone who can bring lots of fresh ideas, enthusiasm and energy, and is ready to grow with our team in this startup phase of our business

  • Previous internships or experience in marketing, publishing and/or social media content creation and management are a plus

  • Ideally, a University Graduate in Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism

  • Communications or experience in a relevant field

  • Passionate about wellbeing and personal growth

  • Knowledge in creating graphics and video content, including experience using editing software and mobile apps (strong knowledge in the use of programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Premier / After-effects would be a plus)

  • Interest and experience in creating a variety of engaging digital visual content, especially video

  • Experience in documentary filmmaking is a plus

  • Highly motivated and excellent self-management

  • Ideally, London based but not essential

  • Experience in creating engaging social media content for a range of social media platforms including Tiktok

  • An understanding of digital advertising

  • Copywriting skills and excellent written and communication abilities Capable of handling responsibility, organising priorities, tackling problems and predicting future issues

  • Works well as part of a team

  • Illustrator preferred
