ROLE OVERVIEW

  • REPORTING TO: PR & Marketing Manager
  • STAFF REPORTING TO THIS POSITION: Intern (when relevant)
  • ROLE PURPOSE: The main objective of this support role is to manage and oversee the Zone Two showrooms to improve efficiency within the business, oversee sample processes alongside the operations team and a secondary function of supporting the marketing department and key accounts.

 

MAIN DUTIES

  • WHOLESALE SHOWROOM & OFFICE
  • Ensure that the highest service and operational standards are reflected at all times within the Zone Two showrooms
  • Manage the internship program including but not limited to recruitment, training and supervision (when relevant)
  • Managing the annual intern budget
  • Supporting interns with both regular and adhoc tasks set by Sales & Marketing teams.
  • Manage all showroom related day to day activity for sales and marketing
  • Continual research, development and implementation of showroom procedures to ensure efficiency within the company, including filing systems, work flow etc
  • Alongside the relevant Sales Managers, manage key account samples in and out
  • Alongside the PR & Marketing team, support with press samples in and out where needed
  • Maintaining the presentation standards of the Zone Two showrooms at all times with management of the interns in order to complete this
  • Oversee the showroom calendar to help with timeline planning for the showrooms
  • Prepare the Zone Two showrooms for all selling seasons, working alongside the Zone Two sales team
  • Management and overseeing of all Marketing & Sales couriers and their respective systems
  • Liaise with the sales team and graphic designer to ensure all collateral needs are organised within the showroom
  • Support the sales team throughout all sales campaigns including but not limited to catering, client liaisons and external client visits
  • Continual research, development and implementation of showroom procedures to ensure efficiency within the company, including filing systems, work flow etc
  • Supporting Zone Two logistics team on overall office management, including but not limited to internal logistics and events
  • SAMPLES
  • Be actively involved and assume responsibility in all sample related operations, included but not limited to the unpacking and recording of all seasonal deliveries and the moving of samples to internal and external parties
  • When required, making contact with brands and liaising with them to ensure samples are being managed correctly and making requests when needed
  • Continual research, development and implementation of sample procedures to ensure efficiency within the company, including filing systems, work flow etc
  • Proactive Zone Two sales team support and communication
  • MARKETING
  • Support regular in-house shoots to generate content which can be used to promote Zone Two brands while working to agreed budgets
  • Support the marketing team throughout all sales campaigns including but not limited to catering, client liaisons, external client visits, copy-writing and model bookings
  • Working alongside cross-over projects with the PR & Marketing Manager and PR & Social Media Executive with PR requests as and when needed, such as influencer research and outreach
